Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; cleaning of ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
The VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on current tax laws effective as of this date and may change without prior notice. If changes in tax legislation lead to a difference in the total amount due, the Charterer will be credited or debited as appropriate.
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to address the shortfall.
