Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel along with all its equipment in functional condition; tools; supplies; cleaning items and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linen; the crew's wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses, like fuel, port fees, and provisioning costs, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under current tax laws effective as of this date and may change without prior notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
