Special Conditions
The charter fee covers:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; ship's linen laundry; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port fees, and provisions will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to meet the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the difference.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is as per the current tax legislation valid at this time and may change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes after this agreement is issued, leading to changes in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
