Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, like fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover these costs, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is expressly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under the current tax legislation as of today and may change without notice. Should tax legislation change after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
