Richar’s unique culinary approach stems from his upbringing on a South African farm where his mother, an exceptional cook, instilled the importance of pouring love into every dish. Trained in a small Austrian village, Richar's culinary art embraces the tradition of foraging, curing, and authentic baking. His attention to detail is unparalleled, promising gourmet experiences aboard the J SEVEN.
A Taste of Opulence
Guests of J SEVEN can anticipate a stunning array of starters, including cured butternut and beet salad with a basil pesto and dukkha, tuna tartar adorned with capers, avocado, a medley of herbs, and a sweet soy dressing, and delicious Turkish eggs served with mascarpone, yogurt and poached eggs crowned with a dill, nut, and chilli pesto.
