Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:

The charter of the Vessel with all equipment functioning properly; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.

Additional costs to keep in mind:

The VAT rate mentioned here is based on current tax laws effective as of today and may change without prior notice. If changes in tax laws lead to a different total payable amount, the Charterer will be either credited or charged accordingly.

Other costs, such as fuel, port fees, and provisions, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, additional funds may be needed to cover the difference.
