Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The lease of the Vessel with all equipment functioning properly; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; washing of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, including fuel, port charges, and provisioning, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer prior to disembarkation. If the APA does not cover all expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is specifically noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on the current tax laws effective as of today and is subject to change without notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, leading to changes in the total amount(s) owed, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
