Special Conditions

Included in charter rates:
The Charter Fee covers the rental of the vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; cleaning supplies and basic consumables for the engine room,
deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship’s linens; the crew’s salaries, uniforms, and meals; insurance for the vessel and crew.

Not Included:
The Charterer is responsible for all additional expenses. These encompass, but are not limited to, transportation onshore for the guest party, fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel
for tenders and water sports gear; food and drinks for the Charterer’s Party; dockage fees and other port costs, divers’ fees, customs formalities, and any waste disposal fees, charges for water and electricity sourced from shore; fees for ship agents where applicable; personal laundry; communications for the Charter Party including internet usage (if not part of the charter fee), and costs for renting or buying any special equipment requested by the Charterer to be onboard.
