Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:

Use of the Vessel with all its equipment in good working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew wages and uniforms, and vessel insurance.

Additional costs to keep in mind:

The VAT rate specified and applied here is based on current tax legislation, which is subject to change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes lead to a difference in the total payable amount, the Charterer will receive a credit or debit accordingly.

Other costs like fuel, port charges, and provisions will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
