Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to be aware of:
The VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on the current tax laws valid as of today and may change without prior notice. If changes in tax legislation affect the total amount due, the Charterer will be either credited or debited as necessary.
Other expenses, such as fuel, port charges, and provision costs, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA does not sufficiently cover the expenses, additional funds might be required to make up the difference.
