Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its equipment in working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning expenses, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before departure. If the APA does not cover all expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is clearly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one enforced by current tax legislation as of this date and is subject to change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after the issuance of this agreement that result in variations in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
