Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all its equipment fully functional; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port fees, and provisioning costs will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA does not cover all expenses, extra funds may be necessary to make up the difference.
It is expressly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is based on current tax legislation valid as of this date and is subject to change without notice. If changes in tax legislation occur after the issuance of this agreement, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
