Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to keep in mind:
The VAT rate indicated and applied here aligns with the current tax laws effective as of today and may change without notice. If tax law changes lead to a difference in the total amount due, the Charterer will receive a credit or be billed as appropriate.
Extra expenses, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA falls short of covering the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
