Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel along with all its equipment in working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumable items for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to keep in mind:
The VAT rate specified and applied here is based on current tax legislation valid as of now and may change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes lead to a variation in the total payable amount, the Charterer will be credited or debited accordingly.
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning expenses, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
