Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:

The leasing of the Vessel along with all its functional equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.

Additional costs to keep in mind:

The VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on current tax laws effective as of today and can change without warning. If tax legislation changes lead to a difference in the total amount due, the Charterer will be credited or debited as necessary.

Additional expenses such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before departure. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, extra funds may be needed to address the shortfall.
