Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its equipment in proper condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to account for:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provision expenses, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is specifically noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable according to current tax laws valid at this time and may change without notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be charged or credited to the Charterer accordingly.
