Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all equipment in proper working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to keep in mind:
The VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on current tax laws effective as of today and may change without notice. If changes in tax legislation lead to a difference in the total payable amount, the Charterer will receive either a credit or a debit accordingly.
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, you may need to provide additional funds to address the deficit.
