Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all its equipment functioning properly; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other costs, like fuel, port charges, and the cost of provisions, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover these costs, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is clearly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on the current tax laws valid as of this date and may change without prior notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, leading to changes in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer as appropriate.
