Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel, fully equipped and operational; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other charges like fuel, port fees, and provision costs will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before departure. If the APA is insufficient to cover expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one valid under current tax legislation as of this date and may change without notice. If tax legislation changes occur after this agreement is issued, leading to changes in the total amounts due, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer as necessary.
