Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all equipment functioning properly; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, including fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before departure. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be necessary to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is according to the current tax legislation valid as of today and may change without notice. If tax legislation changes after this agreement is issued and affects the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
