Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew’s salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to keep in mind:
The VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on the current tax laws valid as of today and may change without notice. If changes in tax legislation lead to a difference in the total payment, the Charterer will be either credited or charged accordingly.
Other costs, including fuel, port fees, and provision expenses, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, additional funds might be needed to make up the difference.
