Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its equipment in proper condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to account for:
Additional costs such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover these costs, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is according to the current tax legislation effective as of today and is subject to change without notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer as appropriate.
