Special Conditions
The charter fee includes the following:
The charter of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry of ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to be considered:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be necessary to make up the shortfall.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one applicable under current tax legislation valid as of this date and may change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes after the issuance of this agreement, leading to changes in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be either credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
