Special Conditions
The charter fee covers:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its equipment in operational condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before departure. If the APA doesn't cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is clearly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one currently enforced by existing tax laws as of today and may change without notice. If tax laws change after the issuance of this agreement, leading to changes in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
