Special Conditions
The charter fee includes the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all its equipment in working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to be considered:
Other expenses, including fuel, port charges, and the cost of provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover these costs, additional funds may be necessary to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one stipulated by current tax law as of this date and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued that affect the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
