Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel with all its equipment in functioning condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumable supplies for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the insurance of the vessel.
Additional costs to consider:
Additional expenses, such as fuel, port fees, and provision costs, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, extra funds may be required to address the deficit.
It is clearly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied herein is the one currently applicable under tax legislation valid as of this date and subject to change without prior notice. Should there be changes in tax legislation after the issuance of this agreement, leading to adjustments in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer as necessary.
