Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the vessel including all its functioning equipment; tools; storage; cleaning supplies and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to note:
The VAT rate referenced and applied here is based on the current tax laws effective as of today and may change without notice. If tax law changes lead to a variation in the total amount due, the Charterer will be either reimbursed or charged the difference.
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not cover all expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the deficit.
