Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hiring of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry services for the ship's linen; crew salaries, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to be aware of:
The VAT rate applied here is based on current tax laws effective as of today and may change without notice. If changes in tax legislation lead to a difference in the total amount due, the Charterer will receive a corresponding credit or debit.
Other costs, like fuel, port charges, and provisioning expenses, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.
