Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel with all its functional equipment; tools; stores; cleaning supplies and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of ship's linen; the crew's wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port fees, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one valid under current tax legislation as of today and may change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes after this agreement is issued and affects the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
