Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
Rental of the Vessel with all functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to be aware of:
The VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on the current tax laws in effect today and might change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes lead to a difference in the total amount due, the Charterer will receive either a credit or a debit accordingly.
Other costs, like fuel, port charges, and the expense of provisions, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the difference.
