Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry service for the ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Additional expenses like fuel, port fees, and provisioning costs will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not fully cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the shortfall.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one in effect according to current tax laws as of this date and may change without notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer accordingly.
