Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel along with all its functional equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry for the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Extra costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning expenses, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Charterer prior to disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one applicable according to current tax laws as of this date and may change without prior notice. Should any tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
