Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel, complete with all functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to meet these costs, extra funds might be necessary to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate referenced and applied herein is based on the current tax legislation in effect as of this date and may change without prior notice. If changes in tax legislation occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
