The charter fee includes the following:
The charter of the Vessel with all its equipment in proper working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to be considered:
Other expenses, including fuel, port fees, and provision costs, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before departure. If the APA does not cover all expenses, extra funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the current rate according to existing tax laws, which can change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer as necessary.
