Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the vessel along with all its equipment in proper working condition; tools; stores; cleaning supplies and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, extra funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is expressly stated that the VAT rate applied here is the one currently in effect according to tax laws at this time and may change without prior notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer as appropriate.
