Special Conditions
The charter fee covers:
Rental of the vessel with all functional equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry for the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to account for:
Costs such as fuel, port charges, and provisions will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before they leave the vessel. If the APA is insufficient, extra funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is clearly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is based on the current tax laws effective as of today, which may change without notice. If there are changes in tax laws after issuing this agreement that affect the total amount(s) due, the difference will be charged or credited to the Charterer accordingly.
