Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Other costs, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning, will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, extra funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is clearly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one currently enforced by tax legislation as of this date and may change without notice. If tax legislation changes after this agreement is issued, resulting in altered total amounts due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer as necessary.
