Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The use of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; essential supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; wages and uniforms for the crew, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Extra costs like fuel, port charges, and provisions will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, more funds might be necessary to address the shortfall.
It is clearly stated that the VAT rate applied here is based on the current tax laws in effect as of this date and may change without notice. If there are changes in tax laws after this agreement is issued, resulting in adjustments to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be charged or credited to the Charterer as necessary.
