Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The use of the Vessel and all its functional equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry services for the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to be aware of:
Expenses such as fuel, port charges, and provisions will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA does not fully cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is expressly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one currently valid under tax legislation and may change without prior notice. If there are tax legislation changes after this agreement is issued, which impact the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer as appropriate.
