Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional money may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one applicable according to current tax legislation valid as of this date and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, leading to adjustments in the total amount(s) owed, the difference will be charged or credited to the Charterer accordingly.
