Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel, complete with all operational equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry for the ship's linen; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Consider these additional costs:
Expenses such as fuel, port charges, and provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any funds remaining will be returned to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover all expenses, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is based on the current tax legislation effective as of today and may change without notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, resulting in adjustments to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
