Ferhat first trained to be an electrition but then decided on a career change. He attended Kocaeli University for four years and graduated from the Maritime Enterprises and Management faculty. Ferhat has a friendly personality and is very keen to learn new skills. He is particularly interested in foreign languages. He can speak good English and basic Russian.

Captain Cevat has been sailing for over 30 years on several luxury charter yachts in the Aegean region and fast ferries between Turkey and Greece. He knows the Aegean and the Mediterranean coastline like the back of his hand. His priorities are always maximum customer satisfaction and safety for his guests and crew. Captain Cevat believes in the importance of teamwork for an efficient and healthy environment and works in harmony with his crew. His motto is that good teamwork and rhythm always bring the highest performance with all positiveness.

Emre has attended Eskisehir Osmangazi University Turizm faculty. After graduating, he started working onboard Estrella De Mar as a deckhand along with his father. After gaining much-needed experience, he wants to be a captain like his father. He likes to spend his spare time relaxing, watching movies, reading and playing basketball. Emre enjoys fishing and cooking too.
