Special Conditions
The charter fee encompasses the following:
The charter of the Vessel along with all its equipment in operational condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry services for the ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port fees, and provision costs, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA does not suffice to cover the expenses, additional funds may be necessary to address the deficit.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied herein is the one applicable under the current tax legislation valid as of this date and subject to change without prior notice. Should there be changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, resulting in alterations to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
