Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The charter of the Vessel with all its equipment in good condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port charges, and the cost of provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before departure. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is expressly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under the current tax legislation valid as of today and is subject to change without notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after the issuance of this agreement, resulting in adjustments to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
