Marmaris, built upon the antique Caria city; Physkos has been under the governorship of many different civilizations. The most valuable workpiece that you will see today is Marmaris Castle dating from 1577. There is also a mosque and an 8-room Karavansary covered with arches from the Ottoman Period. The ruins of the Antique times lie on Asar Hill, a small hill located on the northern side of the city. Being one of the best-known tourist places in Turkey, Marmaris also has a large marina.

Orhaniye and Selimiye

Today, we will be sailing into the Hisarönü Gulf. For lunch, we will dock in Orhaniye. In Orhaniye Bay, you will see the unique scenery of a natural tidal formation called 'kız Kumu (Maiden's Beach). Many myths exist about this reddish sand path going from shore to the inner parts of the sea. On a tiny island located in the bay, you can see the wrecks of an antique castle, a sign of an ancient city. Today, our next destination will be Selimiye for dinner and overnight stay.

Orhaniye

Dirsekbükü and Bozburun

After anchoring in Dirsekbükü, we will go to Bozburun, a small fishing town. This area was popular and suitable for sponge diving, but nowadays, the island's people are no longer interested in it as it is not financially beneficial and dangerous. In recent years, gulet tourism has replaced sponge diving.

After breakfast, we will hoist sail and cruise to Datça. The city was founded by the Dors, who came from the Aegean Sea to the southern coast of Ionia in the 7th century B.C. The island has no humidity and fresh air with plenty of oxygen. The historian Strabo has a rightful saying about Datça's weather: "God would send his beloved servants to Datça to live longer." According to a myth, while the Spanish pirates were passing by the coast of Datca, they disembarked people with Hansen's disease in Sarıliman Bay. These abandoned people recovered from their illnesses with the help of the clean weather of Datça. You can explore Datça yourself or join the optional Cnidus tour. We will anchor in Datça or at a nearby bay for dinner and an overnight stay.

Aktur and Bencik

After breakfast, we will cruise to Aktur Bay. Then our first stop will be Bencik Bay, which has a very narrow entrance but a unique view once you get inside. Bencik is located at the narrowest part of the peninsula that divides Hisarönü Gulf from the Gökova Gulf, but it is situated on Hisarönü side. In the 550s B.C., the Cnidus people wanted to dig a tunnel in the narrowest land piece of the peninsula between the Hisarönü Gulf and the Gökova Gulf as a defence line against the Persians. That way, they would make two peninsulas, one island, and the defence easier. They started with diligence and put in a lot of effort; however, in the end, they could not manage, and the Persians conquered the city. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Bencik Bay.


Aktur

Arap Island, Kadirga, and Marmaris

Today, we start cruising early in the morning to Arap Island. Lunch will be served in Kadırga Bay. After a swimming break, we return to Marmaris Port at about 16:00 to have dinner and an overnight stay.

It is time to say farewell to the captain and crew and leave the boat by 10:30 after breakfast.


Serçe Bay and Bozukkale (Loryma )

We will set sail for Serçe Bay. A Byzantine shipwreck from the 11th century, exhibited in the Bodrum Museum, was found here. The night will be spent in Bozukkale. In the ancient city of Bozukkale (Loryma), a castle stretches out in a rectangle with its city walls and nine temples. The name Bozukkale means 'crooked castle' and might be associated with missing one side of the castle. Because of its geographical situation and the narrow port entrance, the port was also used by the Greek naval forces during the Peloponnese Sea Battle. Karor, the Commander of Athens, gathered all his ships before the Cnidus War in 395 B.C., and Demetrius, the son of Antigonos, used this port for preparations before attacking Rhodes in 305 B.C.

Bozukkale - Serce Bay

Bozukkale (Loryma) is an ancient city that dates back to 10 BC. The castle walls have nine towers extending in a mutually rectangular pattern. The castle and towers are very well preserved and appear in a solid state. Bozukkale served as a bay cruise stretch for British naval ships and is now considered a shipyard on the shore.

Serce is where the Blue Cruise boat moor. The place offers a brilliant image of the bottom of the harbour and is well protected from the harshest weather conditions. Underwater surveys and excavations have led to many discoveries, including centuries-old glassware, now kept in the Bodrum Underwater Museum.

Arap Island - Kadirga Bay - Marmaris

Kadirga Bay has been honoured with the blue flag for its marvellous sea. Kadirga Bay has already been a tourist place for many years. Marmaris is a port city and a tourist resort on the Mediterranean coast, located in southwest Turkey, in Mugla Province. Marmaris is a heavenly corner where you can see all grades and harmonies of green and blue during the twelve months of the year. Marmaris is one of the most elegant yachting resorts in Turkey. A point to meet the most beautiful boats. Ultramarine blue sea, mountains and pinewoods sketch the landscape. Many choices of shops, cafes, and restaurants are to be found along the town's narrow streets.

Named after the queen and ambassador of Turkish classical music, Emel Sayin, this place is a great holiday destination with its mesmerizing smell of pine trees, clear sea coast, awe-inspiring bays, and warm and welcoming people.

Orhaniye is full of surprises! Featuring its deep blue sea and the legendary Kizkumu beach, Orhaniye is well admired by all holidaymakers. 

The Selimiye village in the Mugla district of Marmaris is one of the pearls of the Gulf of Hisaronu.

Bozburun - Dirsekbuku

Bozburun is renowned for the thriving sponge business and gulet yacht construction industry. Some of the best wood and craftsmen for building strong and beautiful gullet boats are to be found in this region, which is why leading names in the business employ Bozburun’s boat makers. 

Dirsekbuku is located between the Gulf of the Aegean Sea and the Gulf of Hisaronu. Many tourists travel from Bodrum to Marmaris and stop here for rest, which is why this region has several sheltered bays. 

Witness the world's oxygen tank at Aktur! Spotted with pine trees, it is a slice of paradise. Aktur consists of two units, namely Datca and Kurucabuk, located at a distance of 4 km from each other. The Hisaronu bay is located very close to the narrowest strip of the Datca peninsula and separates the Gulf of Gokova from the Gulf of Hisaronu. 

Just across the bay from Selimiye, Bencik offers a quiet and protected anchorage in amongst a pine forest. Bencik Bay has a very narrow entrance but a unique view once you get inside. Bencik is located at the narrowest part of the peninsula that divides Hisaronu Gulf from the Gokova, but it is located on Hisaronu's side.

Bodrum is the ideal starting point for sailing the Aegean coast of Turkey. The Gokova Gulf is acknowledged to be one of the best cruising areas in Europe. This coast offers many diversities with abundant sunshine, crystal clear waters, endless blue skies, good anchorages, and friendly people. Many unspoiled areas are rich in natural beauty and coastal settlements and villages.

Bodrum is a port city in Mugla Province, in the southwestern Aegean Region of Turkey. It is located on the southern coast of the Bodrum Peninsula. 

Palamutbuku is reputed to have the best beaches in the Datca peninsula. The beaches are small but very beautiful. Surrounded by mountains and spotted with gardens, these beaches are known for their tranquillity and fresh sea air, presenting the perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating getaway. 

Palamutbuku is located at the end of the peninsula and is also famed for the remains of the historic city of Knidos. The waters here are crystal clear, so much so that it is believed that if you take a needle at the very bottom of the sea, you can still see it!

Bodrum Hisaronu Marmaris

The southwestern coast of the Aegean region is a marvel of delights, with each bay, cove and islet showing off its own unique beauty. The Gulf of Fethiye is no exception.

Simena - Demre - Gokkaya

After breakfast, we will anchor at Kaleköy (Simena), where you will have the chance to take one of the most beautiful photographs of Antique Lycia. For lunch and a swimming break, we will cruise to Demre. Here you can join an optional tour from Cayagzi Bay to the ruins of Myra, a Lycia city which was also the city of Bishop St. Nicholas, who was known as 'the protector of the children, the poor, and the sailors in Byzantine time. We will anchor at Gokkaya Bay for dinner and an overnight stay.

It is time to say farewell to the captain and the crew and leave the boat with precious memories by 10:00 after breakfast.


Kaputas Beach - Yesilkoy

We will cruise early in the morning. Breakfast will be served on the way. After a swimming break at Kaputas Beach, we will sail to Yesilkoy. Dinner and an overnight stay will be in Yesilkoy.

Cleopatra Bay - Bedri Rahmi - Tersane Island - Yassica Island 

We will start cruising early in the morning. Breakfast will be served at Cleopatra Bay. This place is also known as Monastery Bay or Sunken Bath Bay due to the beautiful underwater ruins of an old bath. Then we will set sail for Bedri Rahmi Bay. Bedri Rahmi is a famous Turkish artist who made one of Turkey's first 'Blue Cruises. Following his visit, the bay was named after him. After a swimming break at Bedri Rahmi Bay, we will cruise to Tersane Island for a swimming break and lunch. Then we will cruise to Yassica Islands to spend the night and enjoy the fantastic scenery.

Boarding starts at 15:30 from Gocek Belediye Marina. Dinner and overnight stay in Gocek harbour.


Kekova - Tersane - Ucagiz

We will cruise to the sunken city of Kekova. Here we will stop for a swimming break and lunch at Tersane Bay, where you will see an old shipyard from the Roman Period and a church from the Byzantine times. For dinner and an overnight stay, we will anchor in Ucagiz Bay.

Kalkan - Kas

We will cruise early in the morning to smoothly cross Yedi Burunlar (Seven Capes). We will anchor at Limanagzi Bay, close to Kalkan, for breakfast and a swimming break. Then we will cruise and dock at Kas Harbour. Before we enter the harbour, there will be another swimming break for a short time. Dinner and overnight stay will be in Kas Harbour.


Gemiler Island - Oludeniz - Butterfly Valley

Early in the morning, we will depart for Butterfly Valley. Breakfast will be served here. We will start our cruise to Oludeniz. Our yacht will be anchored in Oludeniz for lunch and a swimming break. The next stop will be Gemiler Island. It is recommended to have an early evening walk on Gemiler Island and pay a visit to the Church of St. Nicholas, located at the top of the island, which remains from Byzantine times. Dinner and an overnight stay will be on Gemiler Island.

Gocek Kekova Gocek

Turkey and Greece offer a profusion of delights to be had from their islands, most of them only accessible by boat. A truly seductive gulet destination.

Afternoon arrival on your yacht, followed by a welcome cocktail and the captain’s briefing. If you choose not to wander around the streets of Gocek, your captain can leave port straight away and take you to the pristine bays in the area. There are many bays to stop and stay for a swim including Wall Bay ‘Manastir’, which hosts the ruins of Ancient Lydae both along the shore and also on the hills, reachable after a 45-minute uphill hike. Tonight you will overnight in a secluded bay of your choice. Dinner will be served onboard and prepared by your chef using the freshest ingredients. 


Datca - Symi

This morning your captain will need to bring the yacht into Bozburun harbour to handle passport formalities to exit Turkey and enter Greece. Bozbuun is a traditional town famous for its fish and shipbuilding. Exploring the better part of this town can take one to two hours. After Bozburun, you will make way for the island of Symi. Symi is perhaps the most picturesque Greek Island in the region, offering travellers clear bays, wonderful sightseeing, and a magnificent harbour with its beautiful facade of colourful houses and churches. After reaching the marina, you will have the option of exploring the town on foot.  Dinner onboard or ashore and overnight in Symi marina.

Today will be spent entirely at leisure onboard your yacht. In the morning, the captain will head to Mersincik (approx. 1-hour cruise), where you can spend the earlier part of the day relaxing in the sun. After lunchtime, when the steady winds begin to pick up, you can set sail towards Kara Island, located 15 nautical miles north. This island, located 30 minutes from Bodrum, is a quiet place to spend your evening. Dinner on board and overnight in Kara Island or Bodrum marina.

Mersincik Island

As you arrive at Bodrum, it's time to indulge in a continental breakfast before heading ashore. You may wish to explore the historical landmarks of the destination. Listed as one of the wonders of the ancient world, the mausoleum at Halicarnassus has been destroyed by several earthquakes throughout the centuries. However, some of the structure still stands on their original site. Although there isn't a huge amount left of the ruins, it is definitely worth a visit. Alternatively, why not wander around the bustling streets of Bodrum and enjoy a few drinks in one of the lively bars along the coast

Loryma - Arap Island

Morning departure after breakfast to head southwest towards Arap Island (approx. 2.5-hour cruise). This bay is a secluded location, perfect for a quiet afternoon of sunbathing and swimming. After lunch, the captain will make way for Loryma (approx. 1-hour cruise), where you can hike the castle walls and also take advantage of this large protected bay to do some watersports. Dinner on board and overnight in the bay. 


Arap Island

It is now time to say farewell to the captain and the rest of the crew and leave the boat with amazing memories. Disembarkation is early in the morning after breakfast. We hope to see you again.

Knidos - Palamut Buku

Today the captain will depart from Symi harbour in the morning and head to the Turkish town of Datca for passport formalities. Once the paperwork is completed, the captain will move the yacht towards Knidos, stopping on the way near Palamut Buku during lunchtime. It is favourable to reach Knidos in the late afternoon to be able to hike up the 4th century B.C. ruins during cooler temperatures. Not only does this site display some of the finest archaeological ruins in the region, but for the more experienced hiker, the lighthouse situated on the northwest offers one of the best panoramic views of the Aegean. Dinner on board and overnight in Knidos.  


After spoiling yourself with a refreshing morning swim and having breakfast, you will cruise towards the Bozburun area (approx. 1 hour 15-minute cruise). Several secluded bays are to be enjoyed during the day before coming closer to Bozburun harbour overnight. The captain can dinghy you into the harbour so that you may explore this small shore town that is still not developed due to the small roads that need to be driven across to reach it. Dinner on board and overnight in the bay.
