Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, the vessel’s insurance, and Turkish VAT.
Additional costs to consider:
Other costs, including fuel, port fees, and provision expenses, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is not sufficient to meet the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
