Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its functional equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning products and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port fees, and provisioning costs will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, additional funds may be necessary to address the shortfall.
It is explicitly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one enforced by current tax laws as of today and is subject to change without prior notice. Should there be changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, leading to adjustments in the total amounts due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
