Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel along with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of the ship's linen; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional expenses to account for:
Other costs, such as fuel, port fees, and provisions, will be subtracted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before departure. If the APA is insufficient to cover the costs, extra funds may be necessary to address the shortfall.
It is explicitly noted that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one in effect according to current tax laws as of this date and may change without prior notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, affecting the total amount(s) due, the difference will be adjusted for the Charterer accordingly.
